Hi, I’m Selma and this is my little space on the internet, where I write about all of my passions: running, health and wellness, travel, my experience as a mother of a very sweet girl, as well as my life as an expat in New Zealand.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, I have lived in several countries: Spain, Argentina, Turkey, France, Germany and, after getting married to my Saudi sweetheart, Saudi Arabia. Last year, we decided to take the plunge and move to the other side of the world, where my husband is studying and I am enjoying being a mother and working as a freelance writer.
